FACILITIES

Training Centre and classroom

Spread between two units, RAM has a dedicated Rope Access Training Centre and a classroom for all theoretical components of the rope access training. RAM’s unit #2 is just to left side of the building entrance. Parking is available both in front of unit and in front of building.

Training Area

RAM’s Training Centre has just been completely rebuilt with state-of-the-art steelwork, with 3 separate steel structures featuring 2 platforms, a cellphone tower with realistic antennas for exercises and structural I-Beams on the ceiling..

It is a dynamic, tall 3D environment with vertical and horizontal structural I-Beams filled with well-planned anchored ropes systems, deviations, re-anchors, aid climbing and hauling options.

RAM’s Training Centre is constantly evolving based on the feedback of our Instructors, Assessors, Evaluators and, more importantly, Trainees.

Dedicated training equipment room

Our Training Centre features a fully dedicated equipment room for training. We provide all equipment for trainees registered, following proper equipment inspection, cleaning, storage and traceability procedures.

A variety of equipment from different manufacturers is available, including harnesses, helmets, ascenders, descenders, back-up devices, foot loops, positioning lanyards, pulleys, rope clamps, beam clamps , fabric and steel slings, carabiners, comfort seats, rope protection devices and rigging plates.

Classrooom

We have a dedicated classroom for all theoretical components of our courses. The classroom has a large flat-screen TV for all multimedia requirements as well as rigged ropes for practical demonstrations of scenarios and equipment usage. With a capacity for 16 trainees, this is the place where angles, loads, forces, vectors, legislation, compliance and general rope access theory is safely discussed separately from the training area.
